MedSally is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers. We do not provide emergency medical services. For medical emergencies, call 911 immediately.
You must be 18 years or older and a US resident to use MedSally. Some services may have additional eligibility requirements based on clinical criteria.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Prescriptions are issued solely at the discretion of licensed physicians. MedSally does not guarantee that any prescription will be issued. Clinical decisions are made independently by licensed providers.
MedSally's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
